Preferably with:
Router: gin-fr0-tcore1
Site: DE, Frankfurt, FR0
win2008

Is there any way to find out which Datacenters route though that router?

budget 50-60 euro.

i think there is no Windows Vps with DO(DIGITAL OCEAN)

Online.net is connected to TATA if you don't mind a Paris location (and you probably can get a good server with that budget).
