What do you guys think of this offer ? Look tempting to me. I am thinking about getting it to replace the all of my VPS from other providers . Please drop a few lines and let me know what you think... The only worries that I have is the limit of 1 x IPv4 . What are the price to get more IPv4 addresses ?

@yomero pointed out that its not an E5 hope you are aware of that.
Just to add IPv4 is normally 2 euros/mo but seems to be limited to 1 ipv4
if it's the same as this then 16 ip's? if you get the business upgrade 20euros/mo subscription

Don't use Dell but HP version. Something trouble with Dell for HW RAID.
Yes dell model have perc 200 controller which will be the bottle neck of the offer (think no bbu) and it is a slow controller
Also to mean you will have 16 ht cores but that processor is rated with 4900 result at http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Xeon+E5620+@+2.40GHz
which mean total of 9800 which is close to e3 1240v2 or e3 1230v3
if you choose business level service + 20 euro you can access 15 more IPs
Thats not how it works @coolice
https://cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Xeon+E5620+@+2.40GHz&id=1249&cpuCount=2
yes even worst than simple math, thanks for the correction , Cause a lot of application do not know how to use efficiently multiple cores, so E3 offers with less but more powerful and modern cores is the better offer...
Better results for E5620 http://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbench3/search?q=Xeon+E5620
as you can see single thread sucks. (probably about the same as the first gen amd fx cpus)
Compare to http://browser.primatelabs.com/user/mustafaramadhan
So I guess this deal from online.net is not a good deal then...
