I'm looking for a KVM machine with 512MB RAM, 1 vCore,1GBit Uplink, 1 IP and 10GB Disk. Location should be in the US, Lithuania, Rumania or so. I can pay via PayPal.

But, try bacloud.com, time4vps.eu (although they use OpenVZ) or if you have no real set budget BalticServers.com all in Lithuania. As for Romania, there isn't really alot of reliable options except i'd say EDIS would be high up in the list although with their recent changes, who knows.

for USA. Just randomly write a url into the address bar and you will find a USA KVM VPS (but, dare say Ramnode, or BuyVM would be your best bet on this one)
