are you hiding anything
Ironic thing is that our Control panel supports all those things.
Don't feel bad, at least once a week people complain that we hide our location when we plaster it all over the place.

Nope, not me, maybe a randy2
Also Inception Hosting Limited is a UK registered company, it would take all of 5 seconds to find the info.
@KuJoe Indeed, the world is getting a sadder place to live in as common sense dwindles to the point of no longer being common.
"if you don't officially support something, you shouldn't help me with it. Now I want my money back"
Yup.
I have no idea who that was, they just used the pre sales contact form to send it.
Oh wait nvm, grabbed their IP from the logs and traced it back to order that was marked as fraud.
Client: Why did you send my VPS password in my welcome e-mail?
Me: Because it's a randomly generated password and you wouldn't know it otherwise.
Client: Plain text is insecure.
ROAR!
location : O?
Me: Because it's a randomly generated password and you wouldn't know it otherwise.
Client: Plain text is insecure.
tell him, if there is no password how would he be able to access? tell him to use solusvm to set the password it is very secure
@Randy, I will not be posting any traceable information publicly thanks.
right, stick to your TOS well, cheer up you have shown the details in public, the guy who wrote that email obviously didn't search too much about your company
Me: Because it's a randomly generated password and you wouldn't know it otherwise.
Client: Plain text is insecure.
Send them a hashed string and tell them to decrypt it to find their password
I'm convinced it's Randy alright

Rather Ranty.
Just kidding @randy.

lol
Lol. I had somebody ask me how much it would cost to sleep with my sister on live chat the other day, the joys of been an ISP.
It is expected that you ISPs has no right to complain. Consumer rules!
Customers may not be right all the time.
Of course, but... usually favored....
No1 rule : Customers is always right for the business perspective
So this comes off like somebody else. I gave somebody a sweet deal yesterday and the first question they ask is what is your refund policy.
Now regards this is a vps with cpanel. So I said on a vps with cpanel there is no refund. Last time I heard from the customer.
@Zen. i am just saying
How is that stupid?
It's a great rule to follow in some markets, but not this one.
