Happy customer for ~4 months. My VPS has been up since then (no reboot). Only 6 times in 4 months my mostly idle minecraft (bukkit) server had "can't keep up" in its output. I have a HDD (not SSD) 2GB RAM package with 2 vCores. Write performance is 150MB/s. Network speed is <1gbit/s to NA and <100 mbit/s to Europe and Asia (freevps bench.sh). Fast support.
TL;DR: Superior performance and support.
