  • Sorry I should of said DMCA. I'm not U.S based. But my country is best buddies with U.S.

If your biggest concern is DMCA, nobody is going to care about it, much less take over your domain.

That said, I wouldn't suggest you to run a "no-logs" service if you want continuity in your business. If you end up getting clients, you will understand this soon.

  • What about eurodns.com? Are they any good? They have a good track record on privacy.

But their prices are insane! $130 for a .is, $199 for a .to, $60 for .cn, $3000 for a .cu

Are they worth the money? I don't want amateur re-seller. I need professionals.

I did see this one, but this one is not in the domain section and the other one has a list in the OP as well.
    Maybe merge them?

They are quite serious, so are canadian based easydns.com - it all depends what is the risk you are facing. If it's a competitor lying about your website, any serious registrar will do...

Never tried cnobin.com; are they really as abuse friendly as bizcn is said to be?

    Necroing is good!

Anyway, this thread could end up being more up to date than the other one!

  • Both register and registrar should be considered, though as @info_hash suggests, any serious registrar will do. Personally, I think the choice of register is the most important one as they're the ones who can potentially be leaned upon. I'd say that leaves you pretty much with ccTLDs. My choice for political independence and sticking to the rules is .nl though there are some much more expensive ones which may be OK too.

It's not that any host is particularly abuse-friendly but rather different countries/people define abuse differently. Try hosting porn or talk about Chinese politics on a Chinese host and see what happens. On the flipside even though pretty much any domain registrar will give your name up to a big company with a vague legal threat if you know what you're doing (full disclosure: I've been on both sides as the IP troll defending myself against one) you can operate under their nose as long as you have the time to reply to a few emails. Pick your battles.

Exactly what kind of bullets are you expecting? Different hosts and different jurisdictions, different possibilities.

    Indeed.

Though there are companies that can take care of these things for you, essentially a lawyer & registrar rolled into one, but they cost a lot more than LET pricing.

  • Can anyone recommend a good BizCN or EraNet reseller with Bitcoin payment option?

I understand how you might think that your request has everything to do with domain registration. However, any normal or half way sane person probably wouldn't. ;)
