Client agrees not to run any programs on his or her VPS which use 90% of any CPU core for an extended period of time.

Does it mean I can use 89% of each CPU core for 24/7?

Honestly, i found most vps almost cannot do anything except web hosting. They put a cpu limit, but still cannot run any app 24/7 even doesnot reach the limit. Yet usage of i/o also cannot be too often. Alot of this kind of vps, which i term these vps = shared hosting with multiple domains.

If I have 4 vCPU Cores it mean I can have load up to 3.6 (90% of 4)?

You have access to 4 vCPU cores. We ask that you do not abuse this as it is a fair use policy. Consistently using a load of 3.6 won't be acceptable, unfortunately.

I am able to ping LA.hostodo.com.
But I am getting RTO(Requested timed out) while pinging to my vps ?
Both my vps ip and la.hostodo.com ip lies in same subnet.
