I'm having some trouble. I ordered a VPS plan and made payment to 9xhost on Feb.17. Since then I can't get a hold of them. Server status is still pending.
No reply to my inquiry about activation of server.I can't even cancel my order because of no cancellation menu on their client panel.
I've never experienced before and no idea how to solve it.
