@Zare - Maybe edit your post to show the full details of what you get in terms of resources. I need to do paperwork and stuff when I delete threads that do not follow the rules, so I will give you time to change it.

    Try now.

  • yet another bug?

"You have reached your maximum cloud service limit (0), please contact support to have this raised."

  • Me too. But you should contact their support team to raise the limitation

  • ZareZare Member, Host Rep

Its not a bug, you need to request to have your limit put to 1, support will ask a few questions and then it will be unlocked.

It wouldn't be wise to let anyone just signup and have a free VPS for a month.

Pop is a ticket with your request and we can sort it.

I don't like this either. If you wanted those additional pieces of personal data, you should add them as more fields on the signup form. As it stands, this feels to be like a bait-and-switch, sign up is easy, but if you want to actually use, we're gonna hassle you with "questions".

  • DDoS protection says 640 Gbps but here it says 500 Gbps. Which one is true?

Chances are neither, Voxility filtering has ~700Gbps total capacity and as per some recent posts on WHT anything over 1/7th of that will get you nulled.

640GBps is globally, if you get an attack from one country then the protection is a little bit less, this was by Harry said.
We're gona to try them with a dedicated server, i will post a review latter.

  • Signed up, but won't bother with the ticket. This is a seriously bad strategy.

  • going to avoid due to bullshit 'ticket' required to actually launch a vm.

    Done and request sent.

All tickets should be replied to - please remember we are giving out free VPS's for a month, its not much to ask.

DigitalOcean and Linode had much more generous promos without any bait-and-switch tricks like this.

  • Any IPv6?
