Yeah - the one I'm using isn't too overused, like some are. I know lots of good hosts that use a TF template.

Not "almost any". A lot do, though.
We're getting around 180MB/s on our RAID10 Minecraft VPS node, was around 240MB/s before we started putting Minecraft on it >.<
