Hello,

Does anybody have a hosting template they would be willing to allow me access to?

Thanks

You need a licence to use a template, so you'll need to buy your own from templatemonster, themeforest etc.

Ah okay - thanks. I gave one to someone on here with a domain. Does that mean that's not allowed? I purchased it from ThemeForest.

Fairly sure the licences are non-transferrable.

    Haha - I won't

  • actually, you are good with theme forest ones

But you can't just resell the templates you bought on ThemeForest for 25$ for 20$.

  • why? anpther agreement? lol

If you look at the regular licence details, this is the first line.

The Regular License grants you, the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the work that you acquire (Work).

  • i see :)

Which is completely unenforceable in the US due to the first-sale doctrine of copyright law. Just ask AutoCad how that theory worked out for them before the Supreme Court.

  • Well it might be true that the license can be transfered, but you sure as hell can't just make copies of it and sell them

  • OP: why don't you use a free template?
If you type in big G you will see a lot of them.
You can change images and adapt for what you do.

I need to do the same and this is what I will do in the beginning.
