You need a licence to use a template, so you'll need to buy your own from templatemonster, themeforest etc.
Ah okay - thanks. I gave one to someone on here with a domain. Does that mean that's not allowed? I purchased it from ThemeForest.
Fairly sure the licences are non-transferrable.
Ahh right I see - hmm.. Not sure what to do about that one then

Trlololo
Haha - I won't
actually, you are good with theme forest ones
But you can't just resell the templates you bought on ThemeForest for 25$ for 20$.
why? anpther agreement? lol
If you look at the regular licence details, this is the first line.
i see
Which is completely unenforceable in the US due to the first-sale doctrine of copyright law. Just ask AutoCad how that theory worked out for them before the Supreme Court.
Well it might be true that the license can be transfered, but you sure as hell can't just make copies of it and sell them
OP: why don't you use a free template?
If you type in big G you will see a lot of them.
You can change images and adapt for what you do.
I need to do the same and this is what I will do in the beginning.
