Cheap / Free billing script

Hi there LET users. I want to start a new vps/dedicated provider webpage. Because I`m offering only low end machines at cheap prices, there is not much room for me to make some profit, so I am looking for a cheap/free billing software to incorporate it on the new website.

Any suggestions ?

Free Licence -> only 5 products

All I can say is, if you can't afford $15 bucks a month, don't bother trying to turn this into a business. Instead, go spend the $10 dollars you want to "invest", and go grab a big mac combo once a month.

  • There isn't anything cheaper than the current options that's at all decent. WHMCS, Blesta, ClientExec, BillingServ are really your options.

If you need it as a hosted solution we could do something for you drop me a pm / skype on phoenix.talisman if interested.

You are right... I should consider investing further more in the right billing platform. Anyway I paid a lot for the premium domain, so a few bucks more, won`t make any difference.

I appreciate the effort/understanding. It's always good to see new hosts that realize $10 bucks a month making or breaking your business is not going to work out.

One more thing, what do you think about my prices? I`m curious if these are ok. (for example for the Kansas city datacenter) check it out -> http://vpsx.ro/servers.html

To be honest with you, they're a little on the expensive side. Have you seen Delimiter's offers? They're much cheaper than yours. However, I think you may have something going with your romanian offerings.

  • @biuletech you trying to turn over a new leaf? No more nulled copies of whmcs?

Yes, trying to get "legal" :)

  • Well I truly hope so and best of luck to the new venture

Mate, I'm not sure if you understand commenters needs (gathered from your other posts).
The OP is looking for something cheap or free. Can the service you provide meet that requirement? Eg, your hosted WHMCS is cheaper than self hosted?

I might sound a little intolerable - but your spammy advertisement posts, which often doesn't meet the commenter's requirements are getting a little irritating.

  • boxbilling free, blesta ( still needs more work ) or whmcs paid

Yes, I think my hosted solution ranging @ 5$ per month which includes whmcs is a better option for him than self hosted which includes license + vps cost ? I hope I answered your question. As for the so-called spammy posts I don't think im quite actively spamming as previously ( VPSRAIDSolutions ) So, I think im doing better. Thank you for your concern anyway.

Handled well, i will try do the same when people make comments that could be insulting etc.

  • @BharatB, the question was rhetorical. Though, the 5$/month WHMCS has caught my eye. Can you give me more information regarding this package? I'm personally not interested myself, but it may be valuable to others who dare to venture with you.

The price was offered to OP as it was a startup , however actual plan is

cPanel hosting account with 5 GB disk space + whmcs installed as per requirement for $8/mo

so you're going to be taking the loss on whmcs licensing monthly?

I've got quite the business plan without any loss please don't worry.

I'm worried TBH. It's a matter of sustainability - how is this possible long term? If my business centred around WHMCS, I'd make damn sure it'd last the long haul.

Knowing that a company is making a loss on license fees without any idea at all how or what it does to counter this (and make a profit) doesn't give anyone any confidence.

So yes, I'm worried - because I want to rid this forum of summer hosts, and a model like that already smells like one.

Its upto you what you think please consider moving with me after 2 years or 3 to be sure enough.

I believe @BharatB is filling up his server and once it reaches optimum level, he'll break even, thus generate profit thereafter. Not all accounts will need WHMCS. Can't guarantee that, more of an educated guess.

    Close enough.

So the question is, how does taking an account that needs WHMCS benefit him in any way? Why not just leave it empty and have 0 revenue than negative revenue?

  • well, more importantly he'll be hosting the account, notice the smaller package features. Free WHMCS will attract customers and traffic, better than Adwords, coz it's dang expensive. It's long term strategy, not meant for short term gain. Losses will be advertising and SEO cost, something every on and off line store will need....

sorta like a hypermarket, promotional stuff that make lil' losses or breakeven, but have other stuff that generates profit, not to mention tons of traffic into the store.....

You're not the only one, his posts are off topic and annoying..

To add onto this his last company failed and he ended up selling it, buyer beware with this guy.. You've been warned.
