Where to get a Virtual Credit or debit Card that will work on paypal?

I also tried https://bancore.com/ but i never got any call from them on my phone.
So do you know any other Providers of Virtual Credit or debit Card?

Another option is linking Paypal to a bank account and adding funds from your bank. Most places this takes 1 day or instantly even. Plus much cheaper than funding using a CC/debit card. After that you can pay using your Paypal balance.

thats too bad. maybe try the ones listed here http://www.listsandyou.com/2013/03/10-best-virtual-credit-card-vcc.html - i have no experience with any of those listed there so i cannot vouch for it, im only using mywirecard.
gogle search vcc theres forums dedicated to this stuff. but its risky, paypal can close your account not give you your money back or you made some risky transactions that made them check your account thoroughly. there are some pros that know a lot about vcc vbc vba and all the stuff u need to open a paypal ebay whatever, and if u get limited, they can help tat too from what i read.
and mywirecard is only germany only

Only problem, with this card cannot confirm PayPal account and send money to, unless you have EU bank account with the same full name. Useless for outside EU
In Germany you can add funds to the wirecard at every gas station, but that's useless outside EU too. Maybe there is something similar in other country?
We tried Mywirecard with PayPal before, totally useless. They don't allow verification amount be applied on account, only if send 10 EUR first. For send 10 EUR need EU IBAN account with the same full name. Get nothing. Waste time for outside EU

Can't say much bad against Entropay as well. Just a bit annoying that their cc's are being issued in UK and if you're in another country (like me), some providers won't let you pay or you need an UK vpn (like bestukvpn.com) and an account with UK data in it. Otherwise it obviously looks like you stole the cc data, maybe.
