Hi guys,
This site will monitor your website from 15 locations with free SMS alert. I just play around so I can't review it now.

It's very good for email notification, but SMS does not work for all countries and carriers.
Have used Nodequery with its email alert, so far so good.
So far soo many false report.
SMS alert's are not free..
Pingdom gives 5 SMS per month for free, but it's just monitoring 1 resource. Check time is 1 minute.
Monitority still in beta and doesn't have any limit for SMS for now, and it's currently free too. No limit on the number of resource monitored, at least I don't know. Check time is 1 minute.
True, they need more accurate report.
