Looking for exotic and cheap Dedicated server

Hi gang!
I'm looking to buy some exotic dedicated server around the world, and I need your help to find deals!
I don't want USA, OVH or Online offers.
Requirements:
- Quad core CPU
- 16gb+ RAM
- 1tb or 2x1tb or better HDD
- 1gbps preferred but 100mbps is ok
- 10tb+ bandwidth
- IPv4 /29 is fine
- IPv6 is required. At least /64
Budget: $100 and less.

EU is not exotic. You will not get anything like this in REAL exotic locations (Asia, AFrica, South America).
