Selling BTC is against PayPals ToS.
PayPal transaction = reversible
Bitcoin transaction = irreversible
So, nobody is going to do that, unless there is 100% trust.
Just the same for domains and people still do it

Well you can always check the LET user post history, to confirm they're not just here to scam you out of your Bitcoins. That said, personally I am not going to sell any BTC simply due to the prices of it being too low at the moment.
