I ended up paying 5EUR for 1 year of cyberghost, because free VPNs weren't worth the hassle, but to each their own.
The relatively new frootvpn seems to be quite hassle free (no restrictions?).

Yeah but it's like 1.5 cents per day. If a company offers you something that costs them money for free, they're obviously making money out if it another way (whether it's selling your details on or whatever)
Or they think it's not a problem and end up shutting down when they realise they can't/don't want to pay the bills anymore.
Better to pay a small amount and know that the company has money to survive.

it's very hard to find through ip as I have dynamic public ip which provided by my ISP. and I'm using vpn on multiple device....
