Cheap VPS for VPN in Asia

Dear all,
I am looking for a cheap VPS just for VPN/private proxy in Asia (Singapore or Japan could be the best). I don't want to go with DO or Vultr because their service is quite expensive for just a VPN. Please suggest me some providers. Thank you.
