    If free credit has short expiration time it sucks.. they may offer 100$ for 5 days its useless

    bad idea with the expiration, they should have offered less but with no expiry date, or at least 6 months, really 30 days is nothing.

    they want people to actually try the service rather than stock people up on free credits I guess.... Shame on them!

    You have to link a valid payment method (credit card, paypal or bitcoin).

    Regardless of the whole RAID thing, Vultr is pretty good. I would recommend them.
