What does it mean when a AS is not visible in a global routing table?

edited December 2014 in General

I have noticed a few ASNs having this message, mainly Crissic (http://bgp.he.net/AS62639), and Quadranet (http://bgp.he.net/AS29761)

Comments

  • It means bgp.he.net is broken. Both ASNs are visible in the global routing table.
The same message appears for other perfectly working ASNs too.
