    Also the code displays as already being used.

    Is the 10.5 should be quarterly not monthly?

  • @liam said: 10.5 is for three months 16usd/3 is a little over 5$/month

    Well, it states/stated per month :P

  • I think he edited the post and corrected it from monthly to quarterly

  • necsnecs Member

    Sorry, my mistake (Copy and paste) I have corrected it, promo code should be fine now

    @liam said: It's obviously a typo ;-)

    Then ignore my comments above :)

    EDIT: still wonder why it has the 512mb tag while the deal is 256mb :3

    What 512 tag :-D ?

  • jcalebjcaleb Member

    I wish the free backup becomes a norm =)

    @jcaleb it seemed like a cost effective and useful add-on for people so I expect it to become normal soon across most providers.

    I see no point, a backup stored within the same provider should never be considered redundant and reliable enough. Does not matter that it's a separate datacenter.

  • jcalebjcaleb Member

    @rm_ it's ok. my boxes are from other providers...

  • necsnecs Member

    @rm well the point is to protect against data loss not against provider loss, while I understand your point and anyone that wanted to protect against a provider going under would have more than 1 backup location anyway.

    So I still think as many others do that it is a valued add-on but egg's in 1 basket? that is up to you.
