i am wanting to get two plans, one in north america and the other in europe. i dont care about the specs they will be used for private vpns. all i care about is having unlimited/unmetered/fair use bandwidth. i dont use that much bandwidth, right now im using less then 1 tb a month, but it is slowly increasing. i want a single provider with both locations, but if i find two different providers that are both good, i might go with that. want to keep it as cheap as possible, under 2 dollars a month per server would be required.

Try this, not sure if it's unmetered

Rise your budget a little bit and go with GoodHosting, they have Quebec and Chicago location, fast network speed, unmettered.
I tried going with him, but he takes days to respond. Its been over two weeks trying to set up a simple plan, I'm no longer interested in his services.

Unmetered 1Gbps.
Comes with DDoS Protection and we have promotions going on right now for Christmas.

Sorry to hear that. But did you try to open ticket before?
They provision your service manually, so you have to keep the welcome ticket open.
That's what happens when you want unmetered for $2.
The time you've spent searching for that price, you could have washed enough cars to make up the difference for a year
(no offense, saying it in a funny mood)
I do realize isn't likely, but I guarantee you there is a host out there that can do it. I was going to go with OVH, but they asked for my drivers licence, and a copy of a bill, and I simply didn't want to give them all that.
Increase your budget to $2.63 and go with OVH
He just said in the post above yours he doesn't want OVH.
BUT
with no customer service; or
with slow response; or
kick you out if you do use more than you pay; or
you took years before you find them.
I don't care about customer service, I just want my account to be set up.
Oh yeah. @johnmcflys you can blank out pretty much everything. I sent them either a bill or a driver's license with everthing blurred out except my name and address (which they already had in text)
