Just a heads up to customers, I've tried out the node in Phoenix and I would constantly find my servers to be unreachable. From what Berry.pw (Epidrive) has told me, someone is continuously abusing the resources, however knowing that did not help them overcome the problem (I've brought up the issue 3 times) so it has been an on-going issue - 78.1% packet loss.

I've requested a refund today, hopefully it will be granted.
I'm having the same issue at this very moment and have had it numerous times in the recent past. Read this thread and then checked in on my VPS and it's dead. Thanks for the heads up.
*Correction - apparently we were "suspended" without any sort of email, notice, anything. We're using the server for HTTP traffic only. I'd suggest staying away - any service that would drop you without warning isn't one worth investing your money in.

So far, so bad (memory oversold and network packet loss). But I will give them a couple of more days to fix the node.

There has been couple of abusers lately who used the server to send outbound ddos. As a result, the dc capped our network hence the packet loss, it also took some time before it was lifted but everything's dealt with accordingly already and the node back to normal.. We thank you for your patience and we apologize for all the inconvenience caused...
Hello Epidrive - please check your support emails / tickets as you've incorrectly flagged us as sending "outbound ddos" when all we use the VPS for is HTTP traffic as can easily be identified by taking a look.
You've also suggested that we were emailed before suspending our account, which seems untrue as we've received nothing from you regarding this yet we've received every other email from epidrive.com.
Please respond to the support ticket / support email that we sent over ASAP. All we're looking for is a reactivation or refund, not to start unnecessary drama here on LET. Thanks!
I took this offer. There was major problems during the firt four days but after that, the VPS has run very well. I'm glad I have waited. Currently in my top 10, with the highest CPU allocation.
