  • Picked one up on Thursday and have been playing with it a bit. I'm close to Seattle so I always try out Seattle hosts, and I have only 1 or 2 tiny issues - but once I factor in the pricing, they're non-issues.

Hardware is solid, pricing is solid, network is like 95% of the way there. The advertised offer is 100mbps inbound, 1Gbps outbound - I'm basically seeing the opposite. Downloading at up to 400-500mbps, uploading at like 40ish.

But again, when I factor in the promo pricing.. it really becomes a non-issue. <$15/yr for 256MB KVM, pure SSD, 1TB b/w and DDoS-protected? Solid deal.

Thanks for the review! Our outbound speeds should be no where near that slow, most traffic outbound is via XO or Level 3. If you open a support ticket with traceroutes then we'll certainly look into it.

The 512MB RAM package coupon is incorrect, it should be KVMBF60. 60% discount ends today!

Unstable and unreliable. My VPS was down quite often for two weeks. It's unreachable right now too.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. We've been having an issue with the switch the host node is on. We're working as quickly as possible with the manufacturer to find a resolution.
