Why joke, translate than copy paste into your site. Its simple. I use that.
From my experience many folks has no idea about how to translate or convert currency etc online at all..

You want to find a translator to translate the text for you.
Services such as Google Translate are OK but often mess the wording up too much for it to be fully legible in the other language; sure they may get the jist but you want something written for your target audience, not something kind of translated.

I could do that, but dont have the time.
I have seen horribad translations, microsoft pages in romanian are practically impossible to read because most of the time you are suffocated by laughter. Having asthma does not help, so, it would be best to have someone which is fluent in English and can use a google translator to transform romanian into english then clean it up a bit.

Yeah, don't use machine translation if you're serious. Big difference between being comprehensible and factually and grammatically correct.

And what donyou mean by "manage"? Update wordpress and check plugins used or writing content aswell?
