What is the reason for "many" ips? I don't think anyone in their right mind will just give you "many" ips with out valid justification.

Turns out what I need were proxies. Did not think IP pricing was so static (e.g. 1-2USD per IP) and was hoping for some other deal.
What about xvmlabs.com ?
P.S They don't offer 7IPs to a single VM but you can still get 3 IPs on one VM.
