centovacast help need.

I installed centova cast in one of my KVM vps with free trail licence. but when I try to create account it gives me blank page with this error message.

Sorry, an error occurred while attempting to load the requested page.

please tell me how to fix this issue if you already know the solution or any idea why this happens ?

I followed the full guide and install without any errors as far as I know.

WHMCS gives this error.

yeah. it's running without any problem but can't create stream account and centova support is nightmare
