Also KVM plans?
We don't have KVM virtualization, only OpenVZ and Xen.
I don't think they have KVM plans, however they have rare location for low price and capable support department prepared to efficiently solve even issue which isn't their direct fault.
Hosted at both their locations and so far nothing but good experience.

Yes, but in this case if you reach your bandwidth limit, we will limiting your network speed.
You can create swap file, but why is will be good? All OpenVZ plans have some vSWAP.
I've got a VPS with them for 2-3 months for now and the performance and quality is pretty amazing. I can only recommend them!
