try http://webpagetest.org/ .. it is not exactly a script you are looking for but does the job. And it checks sites at different client connection speeds as well as different locations
It's okay, but I need to set something like that in my own server and for example set cron to do the test every hour for example.
This is build-in into chrome. I think google pagespeed has something as well. I'm not sure about a script you can just run but there are a lot of wordpress plugins that'll show you how fast your site is performing every given time period.

All this stuff is okay, but only the last one can be used as a cron service to check it automatically from the server.
