We offer additional IP addresses at $2.00 each per month with a limit of 5 per VPS. Justification is required for additional IP addresses.
Can Virtual Private Servers be upgraded to the next available plan?
If you wish to upgrade your Virtual Private Server to the next available plan, please contact our Billing department via Layerbyte Networks Portal and request an upgrade.
Does managed services come with the VPS?
At this time we only offer unmanaged plan's on our Virtual Private Server service line. If you’re having an issue, please open a support ticket and we will kindly guide you in a direction to get your issue resolved.
Do you offer any kind of money back guarantee?
We offer a 30-Day "No Questions Asked" money back guarantee on all Virtual Private Servers. This Guarantee does not include costs associated to SSL certificates, IP addresses, Domain Names or any Software licensing - All Sales Final.
