Uninstall CloudLinux. It is not designed to improve performance for your website.
If you only host 1 site on the server get rid of cloudlinux. If you do shared hosting then you need it.
This might be on a shared server though, port 2082 on your website redirects to https://server.time5vps.com:2083.
The default apache settings in cPanel are not ideal anyway, make sure to optimise. http://www.cloudlinux.com/blog/clnews/hosting-thousands-of-customers-on-a-cpanel-server.php is an interesting read!
I'd lose the CloudLinux license and get a better spec on that VPS. Or even a dedicated minibox.
Since when did CloudLinux started offering VPS services?

I think you get what I mean, if you do not come it does not contribute here
Fast enought from the EU. Maybe could slow from Antarctica
Its a fast website i think. You not need cloudlinux. Get LiteSpeed or nginx.
Ok thanks for your comment.
