Need ten 256MB OpenVZ server

I need 10 OpenVZ server with 256MB Ram. I am a reseller and i want to resell this server to our customer. I need this server for mass mailing. It is also mention that we will strictly monitor all the server to prevent any type of spam or scam. Is there any spam mail will send from any server it will be stop at once. If there any provider to agree with this condition. Please inform here.

Most hosts wont allow you to run email marketing.
How many emails will you send ? what is your rate per hour ?
You should work with some smtp services, not VPS
mandrillapp.com offer 1K emails = $0.2
Doubt you'll find one that's not CC, use mandrill.
Better use mandrill or mailgun, gets cheaper and not blacklisted

Do not use those goddamn expensive services like mailgun.
You can get SES for 5x less of the mailgun price. Mailgun only meets the SES pricing, if you send more than 5 million emails / month.
I am talking about reselling. So mandrill is not a good option. They have no reselling options.

Your IPs will quickly be rate limited by the big email providers.
So you won't have much fun sending out mass email using an openvz vps.
