Specs: quad-core machine with at least 4 GB of memory and a 2.6+ Ghz processor.
Connection: 1Gbs / unmeterred bandwidth
Location: Singapore or Taiwan or HongKong, or any location in Asia except China that has good connection to China.

Even Malaysia has some hosts. India Bandwidth is expensive, so out of question for unmetered options.
I would suggest you go with Hong Kong, Singapore censors quite a lot of stuff IMHO
1Gbs / unmeterred bandwidth is going to cost you a lot of money in Asia.
Will you consider Korea? It also has the best connection to China.
But 1Gbs / unmeterred bandwidth alone would cost you 10k USD per month, if that is in your budget, feel free to PM me for a quote.

Hong Kong 1Gbps unmetered direct link to mainland China costs near 500k usd/month. If you need less direct link (about 5mbps) and 1Gbps link to Hong Kong / US, that would be much cheaper.

To be honest, bandwidth is super expensive in HK. You wont find much cheap deals here.

wow sorry man, it's still on the first page on discussion list. OP can try ximbo.com, those guys are based in HK and they offer 1 week free trial but they need to see the business registration certificates. We used them for a while but DigitalOcean SSD drive were too appealing.
