Assuming you mean DMCA, there are quite a lot datacenters that ignore it - in fact, if you're not in the US, the DMCA doesn't even apply (it seems a lot of datacenters just treat a DMCA as an abuse report however).

XSLtel is a good one (www.xsltel.com), descent pricing and good support. However, since they are an Iraqi based provider, they do not allow porno of any kind. They host VPS's out of Ecatel.

Yeah, this is what I hate about Ecatel, one day they are the friendliest bunch of guys ever, and the other your just in trouble up to your knees.

TBH, I have never used/liked ecatel, however they do have a point Jack. I have read the huge thread in WHT about it as well. As far as I remember you do not have any kind of SLA with them, making them unresponsible your server got offline or w/e.
Anyway, I personally would never risk it. I would either need 24/7 onsite staff with working ticket/phone support or KVM (preferebly, both).

I meant about the downtime, no remote hands, etc. If you do not have a SLA, its most likely something like this would happen. And as you said it yourself - you get what you pay for. Snel's normal servers seemed a little expensive comapred to other providers the last time I checked them a couple fo months ago, not sure about now and not sure if you had some special quote.

Actually they started out as Warezhosting provider for Warez sites, later Torrent trackers and FTP warez servers and for the uploaders to FIlehosters - In fact this ia very reliable business model (and it brings a lot of money) but not very legal since you need to ignore most abuse notices to keep your customers.
Malwarebytes are out for them anyway.
why not Malwarebytes is trying to protect users
