50 MB Shared is bad , i bought it before the download speed was 500kb / second
so 1/2 of 1 Gbps is bad? Literally ~50MB/sec is sharing with 1 other person.

Do you have a ticket #? OVH B/W is dedicated. The servers are far from overloaded. I'd like to look into it, if I can. Can you provide more information to where you were testing to / from?
