Vultr doesn't really give you dedicated ressources but they allow you to abuse your core as much as you want and their 5$ vps outperforms almost every VPS with double of the price.
We provide dedicated resources, even CPU pinning for those that need the undisputed cores.
CPU pinning on single client will not give you clean core. You have to pin all clients on that node. So on non dedicated nodes that is not possible unless you pin all other customers to remaining cores.

@GoodHosting , so can I run a Minecraft server or an Arma 3 server in yours VPSs and use 100% of CPU on KVM ? If yes I am going to buy one :-P
