SecureDragon @kujoe
SecureDragon are mint, lovely custom panel including a backup function, $9.99/year for the specs you want, large choice of US locations, incredibly reliable.
Don't even think, just buy.
@Nekki in terms of uptime are they good?
Not sure about OVZ but I had a KVM with these guys and it was great..

Uptime was 100+ days (basically no downtime since I got migrated to their new Atlanta node) before the had to do a couple of reboots for heartbleed and the recent OVZ vulnerability, if memory serves.
Edit: They also do a 30 day money back guarantee, so you can try them pretty much risk-free.
Why not LES?
Cheap yearly prices (Sydney DC via RansomIT @ 4.50 p/y).
Can vouch for RansomIT as I have a LES box
If you can deal with NAT and 19 - 20 port numbers.
BandwagonHost, 3.99$ yearly
Highly recommended.
@Maximum_VPS have a $8.5/y 64MB KVM in LA/US, but only 56G BW.
another vote for bandwagon .. i recently got a few vps myself and am impressed by the quality for service for the amount we pay.
thanx guys
