    All good now we got the router in the other day and is running quite well. No more network issues :)

    Is it ok to run a public NTP server that's secured against NTP reflection attacks?

    As long as you set it up right and there's no network abuse, I don't see why not.

    I'm not sure what you classify as "abuse." The number of connections can go up to ~10k. Ramnode didn't have a problem with this but another host did.

    Sorry about that! Ram can be upgraded at $4/m extra, typically cheaper to just merge multiple packages together (Once at the 2GB VPS level, you can merge any other package into that VPS)

  • agentmishraagentmishra Member, Host Rep

    @SkylarM

    that merger cannot happen without the 2gb vps level?

    I don't directly see any issues with it

    Right it doesn't make sense to allow say two 256mb to merge from our end. It should be used to go beyond our normal resource packages.
