@exponent22 If you wanted a fully licensed Windows plan, with the specs requested, you're looking well out of LEB prices if you want a decent, reputable host; the last time I remember it being done was the abortion that was HardCloud, and they went into the toilet quicker than my poop after a hefty portion of Taco Bell.

If you can handle a 180 day trial license, you might be more likely to get some joy at around the $7 mark. If you can go with Xen HVM rather than KVM, Inception Hosting have an excellent 2GB special in Miami.
