VPS Backup

Hi guys,
I ordered a new VPS but the provider not have auto backup system or any backup method.
They are provided me an FTP space for manage my backup.
Where could i find a script for that?
Linux Centos is my operating system and want to backup ALL data to the FTP space.
Any suggestion?

Mount ftp as folder: LINK
And then just copy files there directly or via cron, or whatever you wish
