I have a 128MB OpenVZ SSD box at Ramnode that I use as a personal VPN, among other things. $24/yr, but the TWOYEAR code still works (42% off recurring), so it comes out to $13.92/yr ($1.16/mo).
Nothing but excellent speeds with Ramnode in every location I've tried.
