I was wondering if anybody could be so kind to suggest some Live Chat Software. I currently use Kayako, but I'm sick of opening another program. (I prefer browser based/AIM/Gtalk intergration)

I'm currently looking at:

http://www.zopim.com
https://www.olark.com

Thanks!

Olark looks awesome, but it's expensive for multiple people :/

    Interesting...

Mibew is perfect if you are willing to use a web-based interface to communicate with customers/website visitors. Being a open source products, its pretty easy to customize (if you know PHP).

I currently use Zopim, since I don't want to login to a web-based interface each time I need to be available online. Instead Zopim (and Olark) allow me to use Skype/Google Talk.

    LiveZilla perhaps?

We've used LiveZilla and Zopim previously, but now we use cSupport. It's pretty alike to Zopim imo and works well, so check them out as well. http://csupporthq.com :)

Looked like it, and loving it. Probably will go with them. Thanks Victor!

Olark works well for us and is well worth it IMO.

    Zopim is too buggy.

    ZopIM uses Flash.

    http://www.livesupportrhino.com/ looks good.

Zopim doesn't have flash on the beta version. The beta isn't too bad.

Finally, their introducing something as beta that should of been in the first ever release.

Even the client javascript code relies on Flash.

Using the free version of Olark. Never got that many conversations to warrant switching to the full version... yet...

We are developing our own live suppport system. I've found that all of them don't really do what I want them to do.
