Live Streaming in Full HD using VPS's
Hello guys,
I have a nice project in my mind, this is how I would like to do this:
Main website - CloudFlare Protected, basic WordPress website, memcache running and optimised, one single webpage that will be displaying a Live Stream (for music producers, all legal), I want to have a dedicated streaming server for the producer broadcasting then 2 or 3 relay servers to support more clients, all this using Linux (no GUI, only CLI), what software would you use and how would you do this using Debian?
P.S: I'll also be using basic round robin DNS to split the traffic.

Use Rage4 GeoDNS to distribute the load amongst your mirrors. Use push/pull (as appropriate) to mirror the streams to your other servers.
Interesting, I'll check that now!
Awesome suggestion, thanks mate!
Backend is simple. The front-end will give you headaches
Thank you , I'll do my best to learn about it, it's pretty interesting. Just ordered a VPS from OpenITC.
