Need help with some benchmark testresults

I have been given the opportunity to test a vps and give my opinion about it but I'm a little bit puzzled if the results are good or bad or just "in between".

Theres something bugging me, like theres something "missing" or not "right" ... but I can't put my finger on it.
How would you classify this? good, bad or meeh ?
