I am looking for a cheap NL VPS. Don't got high RAM requirements. Need just about enough RAM to have it run as a NGINX reverse proxy. CPU load may be not so low I think as it would run SSL as well.
Bandwidth. No less than 100GB. More is always welcome. Also please don't recommend LowEndSpirit as SSL and LES. Yeah. Not gonna work.
DDoS Protection included would be pretty awesome but its not a must. SSD is also always welcome but again. Not a must.
Budget: Not more than $4/month

Another vote for RamNode. They also include DDoS protection as an addon, which is $3-$5 per month depending on the location you choose.
Haven't used RamNode, but considering they get good reviews. If you buy for a year, and use the 38% coupon code they have floating around, you can get the "1024MB CVZ" for right at about $100 for the year. Those specs include this below.

With the amount of those resources I could really rather host my content on that server. No I am looking for a lowend VPS. Such as 32MB or 64MB RAM highest? Maybe a custom quote?

+1 for RamNode. Have services with them nearly 1 year without any problem. For NL location, i found the uptime is 100% during the period I used.
