ticket has been sitting for 14 days without answer, servers were down for 4 days without any communication, bad sign...
seriously now? You don't have time to answer support tickets but you always find time to post offers? Also replace "we" with "I", it's a one man show.
I like Hassan, but Demeter node is down and thus my VPS is also. I have opened a ticket, it is awaiting a response.
In many respects I am quite happy that I paid $12/yr for a 512mb VPS - so much so that I bought another and merged them into one. But this sort of downtime and worse that is experienced by others with zero ticket response is not acceptable.
I encourage LETers to pass on this offer for now.
