Just incase no one saw it yet, Intel launched their new Ivy Bridge Xeons. A total of 28 were released and some impressive new low power versions.

Are you referring to the processor signature and processor stepping values? It is on the Intel site, as usual. They redesigned the site to be more "consumer oriented" and now most of the useful technical information is hidden. Google search the document called xeon-e3-1200v2-spec-update.pdf on site:intel.com and go to the Component identification section.
