Why? Just register and credit your own account.

DO does not allow their users to sell their account afaik.
I already have an account and its about to get exhausted, I am just looking for options before i buy more credits.

And I don't think they will be too happy to host his game server as game servers tends to use quite a lot of CPU, at least most of them.
