This company just suspended my server after about 5 hours of use and paid and deleted my account without telling me no clear reason.
We are a resale, and it besides suspending the server still has deleted our account on your dashboard client without giving us any answers right to see what they cited:

Due to our aggressive pricing, we tend to get our fair share of spammers, script kiddies, etc, and due to this we automatically suspend accounts when our scripts detect abuse. We then review that specific account manually and terminate if needed. In this specific case, this account was using a script called udp.pl, and attacking the following IP address 66.249.76.50 with around > 10.000 PPS.
We have a no tolerance policy, period.
