BlueVM Control Panel Queries

Forgive me if these are acceptable, but I've not noticed this kind of detail with any of the other hosts I've had...

  1. Two of the 7 welcome emails (received within 2 minutes of signing up, including PayPal confirmation etc.) had different control panel control panel logins:
  2. Going to http://manage.bluevm.com/ (or IP) brings up an 'Apache 2 Test Page'
  3. The IP resolves to the hostname, but no rDNS.
  4. Using SSL, the certificate is invalid for the domain.
  5. In the control panel, the 'Resolv Entries (space Separated)' was shown to be `8.8.8.8 4.4.4.4` ... I assume this should be `8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4` for Google Open DNS.
  6. Select 'Home' --> 'Kloxo Lxadmin' Then select any 'action'. They all bring up `Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection.`
  7. Selecting HELP from the top-right takes you to https://cp.doc.lxlabs.com:3408/client/ which brings up: Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection.

    http://manage.bluevm.com:8888/
    https://199.19.106.130:8887

    manage.bluevm.com resolve to 199.19.106.130.
8888 port is used for non-secure logins while the 8887 port uses SSL.

It's normal since HyperVM installs also Apache.

Well, I forgot how many times I've seen that xD

rDNS seems to be not set.
